The beautiful, modern Villa Shimunelka is located in the small coastal village of Peroj, only a few minutes drive from Pula. This two-storey villa is situated on a 4000m2 plot surrounded by pine trees.
The open ground floor consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living and dining area, a bathroom and a beautifully decorated bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find two more comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning. Next to the house, there is a covered wellness area with a Jacuzzi and a bathroom. From the wellness area, you have direct access to the large lawn. An external staircase leads you to two separate bedrooms, to the attic, with a double bed and one toilet. At Villa Shimunelka, bicycles are available for you to explore and discover the surroundings.
